Hippo Motor Group asked us for a meeting at our offices in Chorley after seeing our work for the Tiggis Restaurant chain.
We then visited their Hippo Prestige site in Blackburn, and after finally pulling ourselves away from the Lamborghini, Bentley and Roles-Royce cars scattered around their showroom, we thought we’d better have a chat about what they required.
The Hippo Motor Group have a number of arms of the company that they wanted to present clearly on the main company group website. They already had a website in place, however they wanted to present a much more polished and high-profile look and asked us to completely re-design the look, while bringing them up-to-date in terms of mobile responsive design. They also required an integration for their feedback from the Feefo review website, we went one better and coded it to dynamically update as their feedback score changes and more reviews are added.
They really liked what we presented, so asked us to take-on the re-design of their Hippo Service Centre website as well. In comparison to the group site, the Hippo Service Centre site is a very busy sales funnel, so required a different approach to incorporate best practices to lead the website visitor to making contact. This site is currently in progress and will appear on our portfolio soon.
They didn’t quite go for my idea to borrow a Lamborghini in lieu of the design fee… but I’ll keep working on that. 🙂
