Our cloud hosting is completely UK based and is fast, reliable and secure. It is perfectly capable for most requirements – brochure websites, blogs, online shops, etc.
For extremely busy websites (thousands to millions of visitors a day), we have the option of activating our CDN (Content Delivery Network). This places the content of your website in to a fast cache, enabling large volumes of people to access your website at the same time. In addition, the system also places copies of your website on servers around the globe so visitors receive a copy that is geographically local to them – making delivery even faster.
Normal (brochure) websites usually take about two weeks, sometimes less. The timeline depends a lot on whether you have your content ready to go, possibly from an old website.
Online shop websites can take a little longer, depending on how many products you wish to sell on your website.
Stripe charges 1.4% + 20p per transaction, compared to PayPal that charge 3.4% + 20p per transaction. Stripe also pays-out on a 7 day rolling basis, unlike PayPal that will often hold funds back and only transfer to your bank account on your request.

Entirely up to you. If you wish to keep your existing website live, we can build your new one in a temporary area so your existing website is still available.
When your new website is complete, we simply flick a switch and your new website replaces your old one.
Of course. Many of our customers like to see things take shape, so we provide a temporary web address where you can see it all happening.
If you wish to keep it private, we can also place a layer of security on the temporary area so only you can log-on and see it.
Yes. We have a few different types of photographer available for different types of work, (shop products, business interiors, portraits, etc.). Our photographers have completed commercial work for big names like Jaguar Land Rover and Honda and captured images at events and occasions for huge celebrities like Carol Vorderman, Brian May, Trevor Nelson, Michael Owen, Cliff Richard and even ASIMO the robot!

We take a full backup when your website is complete, and then further backups whenever we make changes or install maintenance or security updates for you. Maintenance and security updates are included in your hosting package.
If you are making changes yourself, like adding blog articles, then we can provide you with a backup solution that matches how frequently you change your website.

Email hosting is a service which allows you to send and receive emails from your computer, tablet, or mobile phone, in the same way as Hotmail or Gmail. However, hosting email for your domain name means you can have a personalised email address, (e.g. email@example.com, rather that firstname.lastname@example.org), this is obviously much more professional and gives your customers confidence in you. Our hosting packages allow you to have as many email addresses as you wish.
